Ordered the wrong size or changed hay bale size? No problem.We will make exchanges for 30 days for new, unused products.Customer pays all shipping fees. 

 

Received the wrong size? Customers have 35 days from purchase to contact us about any mistakes made our their original order. Product must be new, and not used.We'll be happy to make sure you received exactly what you order. 

Returns

Returns If you need to return unused product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order and provide a Return Mail Slip. Canadian orders only available for return mail slips. Customer pays all shipping fees.
